They came out the same day I called. Figured out the problem with my old water heater. Installed a new one in less than two hrs. I'm very happy with DC Plumbing
The guys were out very quickly. They diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater. They are very thorough in their work . Highly recommended!
Under new owner. Staff still friendly. Then you get the bill. Was charged twice for the same thing and all they did was push a reset button and was charged 100 dollars plus a fee for them showing up. Who else charges that much for pushing a button and not even checking to see what is wrong with my pump. Now I need to pay someone else to do their job. And have a new pump put in. You bet your boots I'm mad.
Do yourself a favor and use Casey at Heritage Plumbing in West Plains, Mo. DC Plumbing dropped foam on my carpet and when I called them to complain about it as i had to cut it off and replace with tile I was told they didnt use foam spray which was NOT true. They also said though i had the removed carpet with foam on it thst his crew didnt do that even though they did a good job filling all the holes around every water pipe inside with it. Staff and employees was friendly had a 4 water leaks needed fixed already dug up and exposed boss came out first day spent 4 hours fixed 2 leaks two other guys came out following day fixed the other two plus had to redo one from the day prior as it was still leaking I never covered them for about a week to make sure they wasn't gunna leak two of them started leaking again. Had them come back out to fix them a few days later now about a month had past and 3 of the 4 they fixed started leaking again so I called them back bc I ... read more
