Had my 1st appointment today. I found all the reception staff very friendly. Upon seeing my dentist I found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything to me. The nurse was also very friendly.
Brilliant dentist , only dentist around Middlesbrough that were willing to take new patients on , had my first check up and they went through my dental history and dental health with a fine tooth comb , reception staff are brilliant and friendly , far better than when I was at the Berwick hills dental surgery … thank you mr daniels and Sarah 🙂
Receptionist staff very unprofessional , very rude when speaking to me over phone no EGO I’m trying to explain my issue I’m having but just wanting me off the phone SLAM the hang up tone, dentist assistant also very rude speaking for the actual dentist himself when I asked for best advice again very rude, not giving me the best suitable advice confusing and non compliance with a patient very disappointed. Reluctant to say anything but maybe Mr Daniels needs to know.After paying for a full crown replacement on a side crown as previous had to be removed.Advised from an X-ray my front crown had decay behind it.SCARED to have a gap in my front teeth I said I'd wait until my crown is a problem.Less than 2 wks later the front crown came off whilst eating.Got an urgent appt for on 2/4/25 to seal it.Then on 13/5/25,my front tooth was already dead from previous treatment a while ago so my tooth was drilled etc & a metal rod inserted f... read more
