Rude! Unprofessional !! Disrespectful!! After our service call, my wife received an extremely rude message from the receptionist, calling her and myself a liar. Then hung up like a child…… We hired this company for a simple septic pump. They quoted a flat fee of $650. Made no mention of any other charges. When the man came to collect payment, he demanded only cash and asked for $750. When I mentioned I was quoted $650 “ he said yeah, my wife doesn’t know anything”. Easiest review to make. Was stuck with clearing my driveways after a recent snowfall (near 2ft). They saw me digging out while riding their bobcats to a location down the street.
