I will never use anybody else for sewer work. 1) Knowledgeable and personable staff answered the phone and got me scheduled for the correct service, 2) Service tech was on time, good communicator, did an excellent job and in far less time than competitors said it would take 3) Price was very competitive. Thank you for turning a frustrating issue into a good experience.

Terrible "service". They were called to come out and clear the drain at my building. They gave a 4 hour window that they would be coming. The person who took the call decided that I didn't need the service. They didn't write the work order so no one showed up. I had to bail water from my sink multiple times during the evening and when I woke up in the morning the sink was full and there was water all over my counters and floor. D.C. Sewer sent Brandon out. Brandon was AWESOME!!! Brandon explained what he was doing to the drains to the pipes to the sewer system very articulately. Basically, in dummy terms to me, a new homeowner. I live further south from the Twin Cities, so of course someone planted trees over the piping system wayyyy before I moved in. I had tree roots in my drains that Brandon terminated, Arnold Schwarzenegger style (T2)!!

Brandon from D. C. Annis came out for routine sewer drain maintenance. The camera inspection showed what root growth had taken place and then another cable was run the entire distance for a thorough cleaning. Straightforward service by a courteous, qualified technician. Thanks!
