This is a wonderful company to work with. Their techs are top notch. They are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. We had a discussion about a charge from work done yesterday. They refunded us an amount that was satisfactory to us. They really didn’t have to do anything. All it took was a short discussion and all was good. I so much appreciate the customer service and support. I will be a long time customer.

Back in November 2025, Matt Wright did a fantastic job removing a clog from our kitchen sink. He was so fast, informative and helpful; he did a phenomenal job. I will call them every single time that I need any type of sewer work done.

I was able to get my main drain cleaned out within three hours of making the initial phone call. Brandon arrived and took care of my issue after offering a couple different options. The customer service was friendly and professional.

DC Annis came out within 5 hours of my non-emergency call and did an INCREDIBLE job! Their technician (Nate) was very helpful, explained what he found, how he was addressing it and what we could do to prevent further clogging. He also made a great suggestion for timing of future cleanouts to keep the drains running more smoothly. I definitely recommend D.C. Annis!
