Poor workmanship, no communication, with a side of abuse. I engaged Dave and his staff to install a new hot water system. The install was done with no consultation, leading to crooked placement, and woeful pipe design. You have condensation piping left to drip out straight onto the pavers, and copper pipe shielding that is already falling off.
