Man, we are so happy we were recommended to use D-Bug for a handful of issues that came up in our home- we didn't know they did more than D-bugging! We've used them now for a sump pump install which they did an awesome job on, inside and out. They just finished up installing a new basement exterior door that had to have the strangest of sizes and fixed some really old plumbing issues and got a grinder pump installed for basement work - all great work, reasonably priced, and the workers were efficient and cleaned up everythin... read more

Great experience from start to finish. Chuck evaluated the needs for our basement and crawl space and thoroughly explained our options. Chuck was very personable and knowledgeable and part of the reason we chose this company. Chuck and the office staff answered several questions before we made our decision. Rodney and his crew did a great job. The crew knew exactly what needed done and went right to work. They did exactly what they said they would do and the result has been a dry basement and crawl space.

d bug finished the work on my cellar - a french drain, sump pump and waterproofing. this was completed on Wednesday September 18th 2024 Anthony the supervisor was very agreeable and competent to work with. all the workers were as well. Kyle was especially patient with answering questions and providing a lot of information to me when we first started this project i highly recommend their work

If this what you want your yard to look like, then call this company. They dug to install a surface drain but this disaster is what I am left with. Called a supervisor who said this is what they do " we don't dig straight lines". Even if they come in at a lower price you will end up spending way more to make the mess not look like this. They say it cannot be covered, so from now on if I want to fix and sit on my back patio, this is what I will see. They will not help you and make it right. Once they have your money.
