Visited the area as wanting to move house. Estate has views over the country side.
Bought a new house built by this company eight and a half years ago. Roof tiles already slipping, cracking and some are broken. Pointing needs repairing. NHBC won't accept a claim and builder's warranty expires after two years I thought roof tiles lasted for 20 years plus not eight and a half years. Roofers inspection revealed poor quality tiles. Hi my husband and I have been waiting 2 years for our kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. This started, finally, March 13th 2024. As a council tenant and explaining all that went wrong in our previous property in 2014 you would like to think this would be a breeze! Oh no we have had battle after battle which is still going on. Sadly a terrible home buying experience .Poor quality finish to windows and doors, plumbing and plastering.CT 1 silicon everywhere. Most of the staff / contractors pleasant upon return, but always rushed. The owner rude and abusive to us stating we were saboteurs to cover poor workmanship.
