Absolute bodge jobbers! Haven’t changed since 2 items were stolen from my property! If I wasn’t a tenant and reliant on shdc to arrange repairs with their “contractors”! I wouldn’t have gave them the time of day yet again, this is a brand new door frame in the brick work that has been done and I can see the sky through the frame, d brown have chose not to brick behind fascia ! Visited the area as wanting to move house. Estate has views over the country side.
Bought a new house built by this company eight and a half years ago. Roof tiles already slipping, cracking and some are broken. Pointing needs repairing. NHBC won't accept a claim and builder's warranty expires after two years I thought roof tiles lasted for 20 years plus not eight and a half years. Roofers inspection revealed poor quality tiles. Thank you D Brown! Use this company at your own risk!
Hi my husband and I have been waiting 2 years for our kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. This started, finally, March 13th 2024. As a council tenant and explaining all that went wrong in our previous property in 2014 you would like to think this would be a breeze! Oh no we have had battle after battle which is still going on.
