Dr. Baker is AMAZING the whole staff is wonderful truthfully scared of the dentist, but the people make it a whole lot better, and the places they have referred me to for other procedure have provided me with great care and service. definitely recommend.
EDIT: Just updating to reiterate how good the team is over here. Always take great care of me, wonderful to be a patient with. This is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to Mimmy and Doctor Weaver for being excellent at what they do, answering my questions and providing great insight. Completely unprofessional, calls at inappropriate times of the day and charges ridiculous fees for non work. Even though they stated they would charge upfront for work. If no insurance is provided they still cancel your appointment for lack of proof of insurance. Worst dental office in Charlotte
This dentist called dss on my family because we wanted a second opinion for our child. Dss closed the close in 2 days knowing the report and this practice is a joke. STAY AWAY! Dr William has not been present for some time now (health reasons I believe) and the practice has changed for the worst. Never the same hygienists so I assume they treat them like their patients.
