He would not listen to me when I was the patients POA. He fluid overload my family member, leading to her death which was, because of him, painful and gruesome. He has a nasty attitude when his decisions are questioned or challenged. I am also a medical professional and warned him of what he was going to cause. His response was basically "well this is what we are going to do". Shame on you, Mr Pyles. I hope you learned something but judging by you attitude, you didn't.
I found Dr Pyles to be intelligent, well informed on my case, he took the time to answer my questions and managed by care very well.
