Samuel came out to my 78 yr old aunts house today to fix her stove and 3 outlets, when got there he charged her $65 saying it was for parts, left at 12:45 to go get the parts, came back at 3:37 with nothing in his hands and started yelling at her because she asked for a receipt and walked away still yelling at her. I gave Samuel a call to see why that happened and I got nothing but attitude and hung up on. I never leave reviews but this was the WORST plumber/electrician I have ever worked with. Extremely belligerent, disrespectful, and never true to his word. He did a horrible job, and I learned that it was not up to code. I would not recommend.

If i could give 0 stars I would!!!! They were completely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I called to ask about my alarm because it had been glitching and doing all types of things and I needed help. They told me to " figure it out by yourself, we aint doing nothing on our off day." then proceeded to hang up in my face. I only picked these guys to call because of the great reviews but I guess it must be fake or something. Save yourself some time, DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!

We called and booked an appointment yesterday. He said he'd be at the property in 2 hours. We left a tenant waiting for 3 hours and he didn't show up. Neither did he bother calling and telling us that he wouldn't be able to go there. Next morning when I called him, he said he didn't go because he didn't want to share his W9 information with us for tax purposes.
