I was happy to have a beauty supply store close to my home but they are NEVER open, you have to call them and IF someone answers the phone you’ll have to wait 30 mins for them to show up. What a joke. I set up an appointment to get my hair braided & no one showed up. She texted me back 2 days later with an excuse. Save your time & go to MPLS or Bloomington if you need hair products.
Tried to go with a friend to get braiding supplies for her. Ive tried to go here many times, and every single time they have been closed. They have a phone number on the outside of the building but they dont answer it. Just not worth the gas money or time.
The hours say they close at 7:30pm. Its 2:27pm on a Monday and they are closed. Waste of time and gas. Won’t be back.
Love this hair store. It’s close and convenient and had everything I needed. The owners and their mom is nothing short of amazing. Will continue to support them!
