Called on Monday, Sam the man came on Thursday, fixed the problem in a hour and a half, gave me a great education on my heating system, bill came the following week, less than expected. Very happy and pets are happy to have warm floors. 10/10
They were wonderful love my new air conditioner
Terrible customer service and will not take accountability for any problem that they cause, leaving the customer out tons of $$$ and having to find another to fix the problem. They create more of a hassle for anyone using them and I would recommend not even wasting time by calling them for business.
The owner of this business is dangerous! I was at a community meeting on crime last night and the guests were MLA’s, Mayor Hansen, CAO Milo and several PRRD politicians and many Community. The family that owns D. Bauer: Miranda was in the audience and his wife Jackie started a group called Citizens on Patrol (COPS). The husband was inarticulate, swearing and stating that his business was broken into many times.
