Excellent service from start to finish with Joe, Phil & the team. Joe visited our home and instantly recognised the issue with out central heating layout as well as gave honest advice about our boiler. I took it on board and went ahead with a boiler replacement and asked them to sort the pipework layout. Excellent service from start to finish, rang Monday AM, engineer here by 1pm, resorted heating and hot water and parts ordered. Following day 2 engineers arrived by 12.30pm and installed parts and full service carried out. Very efficient, tidy, hard working, excellent service, highly recommended, will definitely use again

Phil, Joe and Harry were extremely experienced, efficient and helpful in installing our Vaillant AroTherm Plus Heat Pump (Air Source) in hybrid configuration with existing boiler. The job took less time than I thought and Phil took the time to explain the characteristics of this new heating system. Based on his initial heat survey of the house, Phil has a good understanding of what will fulfill the heating requirements of a house /building.

Failed to respond to 2 phone calls. Eventually responded to the third phone call but refused to come out to service my boiler even though I had previously paid them promptly and given them an excellent review. The reason they gave for refusing to come to do the job was a dispute I had had with a different company which was not my fault and was the fault of TH plumbing and heating Ltd. Booked to have my Rayburn cooker serviced. Joe called to advise he was nearly with me. Upon arrival he ensured my kitchen floor was protected before starting the service of my cooker. Friendly, professional and speedy he did a thorough job and ensured the cooker was working perfectly before leaving. Excellent company, would sincerely recommend.
