D&B did an outstanding job for us. We had multiple trees removed and trimmed in our backyard. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked unbelievably hard. I can't say enough good things about the crew that did our work. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Stay away from this tree service!!! After trimming my tree the tree began to shed all of its leaves and is almost bare. When I contacted them for help on how to protect the tree Beth told me she would call me back but never did. I called and left over 4 messages with her and she never calls back. I had to hire an Arborist to help try and salvage the tree and unsure it it will survive. Do yourself a favor and call someone else that has an Arborist on staff. Going cheap with this company will cost you more!

I had scheduled an appointment with Gladys Morales on Wednesday, September 20 at 2:30pm. At 2:45 I called the company as no one was here. The call failed twice. I then received a text and asked where Gladys was. I then received a phone call from her. She was very apologetic. She was at another location and for some reason or another she forgot our agreed upon time. Totally unacceptable that I did not receive a text or phone call to try and reschedule.
