They don't answer the phone, & when they do, they're snippy. Half of the crew showed up not sober. They did half the work i paid for. They stole leftover materials that I paid for and specifically asked them to leave it. They left books in the roof that they were paid to replace with new plywood. They did not put the synthetic membrane that we paid for on any of the roof. They sealed off all of my bathroom ventilation.
