Covers were more than 3 weeks late with zero communication. Additionally,, they didn't fit so they were clearly not custom templated as I was told they would be, and 1 cover had 2 defects in the powder coating before they were attempted to even install. I've wasted a lot of time waiting for what was supposed to be a superior product.
RecommendedAmazing craftsmanship, friendliest employees, fast, awesome, just awesome. Can’t say enough about our wonderful experience and we are so happy with our window well covers. Highly recommend this company!
