Service was excellent until I discovered I was paying for services that were not being performed. Once I found out and complained, less care was taken by the tech at my pool. Eventually lead to my pool pump being broken due to negligence on tech's part. Get 2 stars because Owner, Randy, made the issue right and fixed my equipment free of charge. Had this company to service my swimming pool while away, paid 6 months in advance. Pictures sent to me by neighbors showed pool wasn't being cleaned as agreed. I called and canceled service, yet they continued to charge me. I finally sent a copy of a different pool service contract to show they were not cleaning my pool. Yet they continued to charge.
