The are good
Paid for a prescription on February 23….never received it. I have called several times and I am put on hold for excess of 30 minutes. I have also texted, which they claim on their website is the easiest way to get ahold of them, never received a reply. Beware!
Excellent service, always have my medications staff very polite and attentive to details would highly recommend
The worst for online orders. You just go after your dr says they have sent the perscription and fill out information, tell them what you are paying for and how you want it shipped and pay, then they want you to text them that you sent payment. My issue is they never confirm they received your perscription, they never confirm they know you have paid for something, they do not respond to that text to even let you know the text went through, they dont tell you when your item has shipped and they dont give you a tracking number.... read more
