Terrible communication skills, hard to reach, takes care of “priority” customers over regular paying customers such as myself. I had dropped my truck off to Phil to finish an efi kit and tune it on June 2nd. He said it would be about 2 weeks before he could get to it, I was okay with that. Only place I take my jeep for upgrades and advice
I was recommended this place from a coworker so I decided to call on a small job for two vehicles. I called twice and both times I was told the owner would call back in a day "or so." I never received any such call. Blew me off twice. I have to thank them after that, however, seeing as now I know exactly where not to take my business. Much appreciated!
What can I say... I drive tractor trailer and I from Alabama. I was have issues putting a belt on my big truck in the walmart parking lot. Phil and his crew fixed me right up in the parking lot. Thank you again!
