D & B came out to fix a microwave of mine. They had to order a part for it and said it would take 7-10 days to come in and repair. Well it has been 14 so far and they are telling me it won't be in for another few days. By the time they get it fixed we will be looking at 3 weeks or more. They didn't even contact me at all to let me know what was going on. Very rude staff. I would not use this company if I were you.
