I regularly import goods from Italy and Spain—about two containers each month—and this company has been exceptional. Their pricing is very competitive, and their service is consistently reliable and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better shipping partner.
Depends on who you will work with - level of treatment different. Very poor CS 😢 so some personel has attitude. Just be polite while you there BUT WHEN YOU READY TO LEAVE YOU CAN EXPRESS YOUR OPINION 😆
Very long wait outside the gate. Just make sure you check in while you're outside waiting because they will not honor your in time unless you checked in
