My wife went there for a washer and dryer they were very helpful the owner of the store came out and showed her the different models along with the receptionist, lady that was behind the counter they both were very helpful. Later that day they had it delivered to our house and installed. When I got home from work my wife was already using it what great service! Called D&B at 5:45PM on a Friday to find a dryer part. The closest I previously found calling around was 80 miles away and said they couldn't ship it to me for more than a week. The receptionist at D&B was very accommodating. Although her computer was shutdown she took the model information and said she would call me right back after verifying the part number and looking to see if the part was in stock. I only dealt with the receptionist there. I went in to get a part for a washer to fix it with my dad's help. (he is an appliance repair man in WA) I called him while still in the store to make sure it is the right part. He told me he charges $20.00 retail for it and this store wanted to charge me $30.00. She was very put out that I made the phone call in the first place. I mentioned that they were making a VERY good profit off their parts.
