I’m giving them 5 stars because of how Brian handled a situation. The Situation: My first time using their service someone removed a temporary hem that I put into the pants (admittedly not the biggest of deals; minor nuisance) but the second time I used them not only was one of my designer work shirts (that I got on sale) damaged but the cuffs were not scrubbed clean. I sent Brian photos and he apologized profusely. He offered to cover the cost of the shirt and I was doubtful that he would because I had bought a set of 4x$12... read more
Wow so impressive! Everything is via the app which makes it easy to set up a pick up. They pick up & drop off on time. Very friendly over the phone. All my clothes smell so so good! And did i mention they folded everything to perfection? Will definitely use again!
