I purchased a Groupon for this this shop to detail my car, and immediately afterwards went on their direct business website to book an appointment well in advance. The confirmation email I received after choosing 3 appointment times told me I would be contacted with my solid appointment confirmation shortly. I waited all week before calling in. Read thoroughly , you'll be glad you did! I originally went here to validate a groupon and to my suprise I was told not to buy the Groupon , just come in and they would give me the Groupon(per Stephanie) price non the less. I was put off by the unprofessional behavior from the get go. There was two "in season" chihuahuas in a cage in the front that belonged to the paint girl.
