D & B Construction renovated our basement, constructed a utility shed, and built an attached sunroom at our residence. We also had a 2-bedroom and bath addition built at rental property including renovation of an existing bath and kitchen and installation of siding and replacement windows. We recently had our master bathroom completely renovated, from top to bottom. The agreed on price was reasonable. We were given a start and end date which was met. Bob's workmen were professional and courteous. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend D&B Construction and will use their services in the future for any other construction needs.
Exercise extreme caution if you contract with them. They keep the contract deceptively vague and tend to add charges you may have thought were in the original agreement!. They don't seem to want to talk with you after they have finished so don't pay the last 15% or so until all work is completed! Most of the actual construction was good, but pricey.
