Mr. Duc booked my appointment next day and fixed my old alarm at a very reasonable price. He even hooked me up with different options my alarm had that I didn't even know about. He took his time to explain all the functions my alarm had and walked it threw with me with patience. Im very happy with the service and recommend to all my friends.
We took our 2016 Smart car to this person because the factory alarm has been going off intermittently. The guy looked at it and then said “oh I can’t work on it, you have to take it to the dealer since it’s a factory alarm”. I’ve never heard of an experienced alarm/audio tech that can’t remove or disable a factory alarm. We called another stereo and alarm shop and they said any true professional can take care of it, so we are now on our way to that shop to get it taken care of.
