So I'm the customer who had a car towed with my AAA card. Yes the Google maps was incorrect, yes the car went across the street to a different repair shop, and yes the other company accepted it like they were expecting it and yes it pissed the owner of D&B automotive off. I've never had any work done by this place, but definitely won't now. I work for a towing company, and thanks to an error with Google maps, I dropped a vehicle at DRB Automotive instead of D&B AUTOMOTIVE. Member calls me and says the shop didn't get it, and has one of the mechanics, who works here, on a 3 way call. I said I dropped the car with the address that I verified with you when I picked the car up. The guy asked white building or brown. I said brown. Never done business here but I've heard good things. I called about a SAS calibration/relearn was told they were unable to perform on for me.. so I just bought the scanner needed and did it myself.
I call & they said they don't fix engine
