My parents had an issue with there furnace and called Dennis out to take a look. He came right out and fixed the problem quickly. He treated them more than fair and reasonable. Would 100% recommend them!!!!

I called one morning because an area of my house pipes was frozen and needed a valve replacement. D Arsenault was the only people that could come over right away. I mean I was one hour max before I got a call back and they were here. The valve got replaced and they let me use a salamander heater to thaw my basement. They did not have to do that or offer it but they did. I used it as they suggested and all is well. This is a solid local company. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on. I can't thank these guys enough. We had no luck at all getting in touch with our normal tech and almost any other company. We gave them a try because we were on day 5 of no hot water and they were able to come out the same day, a Friday no less, to get it going. Really appreciate their flexibility and responsiveness.
