Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful.. Simply, Crass. But you could get pass all of that if they were competent enough. DONT take your car here! Just keep scrolling these reviews and you will see why. Even the way they respond to customer whos rating or complaint they dont like shows how unprofessional they are. Maybe they dont really need " business" because they make money other ways. Visit their BBB profile and you will see what I mean. Should have done my research first.
