I found this location on the Internet, of course, and from the very first start of talking to the gentleman over the phone by the name of Mike he was very nice and helpful and told me that I could bring in my car and they would try to figure it out he even offered me to leave my car overnight and drop my keys off in a night box which is amazing because everywhere I’ve tried in Irving said that I could not do that. I tried to also take my vehicle to many locations in Irving and they could not figure out what was wrong with it... read more

Excellent service. I called early in the morning and got a quote for an oil pressure sensor replacement. Went in the lobby and was greeted right away. I told him I just called and I waited in the lobby for about 20 mins. (There was someone else being serviced in front of me) Then he asked for my keys, and I told him the part was inside. 10 mins later he rolled my car in the service area. 10 mins later it was lifted. My in-laws turned me onto D&M. They told me they had been dealing with Mike for 10+ years and have really appreciated the fact that he hadn't taken advantage of them and was always friendly and helpful. So I decided to give them a shot. I had recently taken my truck into another place and they told me one thing.
