We are from out-of-state and rear-ended another car a few miles down the road. We had 6 hours more driving so we wanted someone to look at it right away. We called and were told to come right over even though they were busy. Manny looked at it and even offered to pop out the dent if we not filing it on insurance. He told us quickly that the dripping we noticed was just our a/c. We were back on the road in minutes.
