Have purchased five SX 7.5 compressors. Sales were fine. Service is terrible, lame. Oil leaks, Super high labor rates, incomplete work/service on sight. Sent a tech to fix an overload, he turned an adjustment screw and I got billed almost $700.00. Service manager Rich has taken over the company and has an egotistical arrogant attitude. Customer should come first. I have hired a different company to service the compressors.
Horrible service, cannot keep scheduled services. These people constantly blow you off. Do not recommend them. Dispatcher tells you to call Doug (owner) Doug tells you to call dispatcher situation. Multiple times this has occurred. They'll end up costing your business far more in damages because they don't want to service anything once you've purchased their equipment. Go somewhere else, you've been warned.
My go to place! Great service and good price.
