This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. I brought in my vehicle with a perfectly clean, scratch-free touchscreen. When I picked it up, the screen had a clear scratch and was left dirty, smudged, and covered in fingerprints. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for any service center, let alone one that claims to be reputable. A customer’s vehicle should never be returned in worse condition than it was dropped off.
