Purchased a 2017 F-150 and my experience was exceptional. From Garry our salesperson, Tyler, Don and Gabe. They were all great to deal with. Definitely will be at top of my list for my next purchase.
Bought a new F150 in 2019. Had transmission issues from the start. Complained many times through warranty period. Transmission fails at 106k, no help from dealer at all. $8000 later i am done with Ford and part of a class action.
