We had excellent service with D.Alex MacDonald. From the moment we walked in, Garry Moore went above and beyond helping us purchase our 2022 Ford Edge. He treated us like family and was very knowledgeable at answering any questions and concerns we had. Gabe Gamauf was also very helpful with the financial aspect of our purchase. This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. I brought in my vehicle with a perfectly clean, scratch-free touchscreen. When I picked it up, the screen had a clear scratch and was left dirty, smudged, and covered in fingerprints. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for any service center, let alone one that claims to be reputable. A customer’s vehicle should never be returned in worse condition than it was dropped off.
