In January I call this ppl to schedule an appointment, they said didn’t accept. They will accept appointment in March. So I scheduled on March 31and they accepted on March 31 I can came in at 1:00. When I walked in and she said we dnt accept appointment. Why didn’t they say from beginning that they never accept appointment!! They’re so Poor communication, they r so mean! If u dnt wnt to ruin ur day. DO NOT COME HERE! Staffs disrespect!!!
DO NOT COME HERE! When you respect their time, they do not return the favor. They would prefer that people arrive early so they can arrive late. They arrive 30 minutes to an hour late if the office opens at 12. They show up whenever they want. Worse businesses I have seen exist, and I was only there to provide interpreting—I did not come for their service.
*Please note: this review is for D&V tax service located in: 3117 Poplarwood court, suite 114 Raleigh only and do not apply to any other D&V.offices if any. "Such a disrespect to customers have never seen before" Had appointment for 9 am, we arrived just to join over 10 people before us sitting behind closed door in hallway florr (no chairs!). After over 1 hour a young gentleman opened door and let every one in. It's 11:30am now and we still waiting with no one in office. This #%@... accountant doesn't have a minimum decency... read more
