If you are purchaing a property and the vendor is using this firm (or its new owners Warren and Warren) - BE WARNED: they are slow, sloppy, and will hold up your settlement (and other matters afterwards like strata) because they cannot get themselves together. Theyt held up my settlement and were too stupid to submit proper forms on time - dont rely on a firm this poor for something so important. Hell knows what they were telling the vendor. Warn your lawyers they are slackers.
