Duglas and his team did a fantastic job transforming my parent's outdated home. They replaced carpet, installed new porcelain tile flooring/subfloor, replaced countertop, added subway tile backsplash and refinished wood flooring. They even replaced windows for us and installed new siding. He made the process easy considering we live in another state 9 hours away. We have used Duglas and his team for multiple jobs. They painted our entire house (interior), installed our floors, and recently completed an extensive bathroom remodel (including floors and shower). Unlike many contractors, Duglas keeps his word, is on time, does an excellent job, and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him, and we'll continue to use him in the future.
Put in flooring at my mom's new house....before she moved in it started falling apart. Called him to fix it and he ripped up the flooring and is refusing to reinstall. Paid 22k for him to absolutely destroy her flooring. BE CAUTIOUS OF DUGLAS. We will be taking him to court.
