RecommendedI stopped by this location yesterday evening to ship my husband buckle to Texas. When I arrived, Oscar had stopped a robbery that must had happened right before I arrived. He defended the store. He continued working and providing excellent customer service. I needed the buckle to arrive as soon as possible because the man in Huston was building a custom made urn for my husband who passed away recently. Excellent and quick services!!!
This store charged us $116 per package for 7 packages for special packages as they were hand-painted specialty items. When they arrived, they had added NO cushioning at all. NONE. They arrived having just been put in boxes with the bubble-wrap that we had put on the items. All of the items arrived damaged. They have not been easy to work with and we are still, a month later, working on getting our money back for packaging that wasn't put in the boxes. Go elsewhere or package the items yourself.
