I work for a local company trying to get some water testing done. Had an employee go over there to get some water samples containers and they told us that They don’t do business with us, and when I asked why they couldn’t, they couldn’t give me a straight answer. All I was trying to do is support local businesses to make sure the economy stays healthy in our area and this is the response I get. Very unprofessional

We have been in business since 1984, and one thing I have learned over this period is customers are always right, and you never turn down a paying customer no matter a circumstance. We have been doing 100-200 water samples a year and they refuse to take our water samples. They told me on the phone it's been this way for 20 years but couldn't give me a reason as to why. Careful not to miss any information on your slip before dropping it off into the lunch box by the front door. They have all the info but they want you to write it down. Goodluck trying to call and get any help, very rude people. They have no problem charging you twice and will make take the whole test over again.
