Bringing my rugs to D.A. Burns was the worst customer experience of my life. Originally, I messaged via Yelp for a quote. I made it clear that two of my rugs are from Lebanon. No prob, says DA Burns, they'll clean them. I bring them in. Jim H. does my rug intake. He gets in a nice bit of mansplaining to me about how my rug is curled and I should take better care of it. RecommendedAlan from DA Burns cleaned my bathroom floor which is small marble squares. I've had it for about 3 years and it looked terrible. He was able to make my bathroom floor look brand new! And pricing was incredibly reasonable!! I'm so impressed!!! Customer service from all at DA Burns was top notch throughout.

Professional, thorough carpet care!
I have used DA Burns many times, and successfully so. This time, I called them to dry clean a linen sofa. They have cleaned this same sofa before. However, this time they left multiple visible water marks on the side of the sofa. I’m disappointed and concerned about my sofa. For $218 I may have just paid to have a $5k sofa destroyed.
Jayson arrived on time and did an awesome job cleaning and applying Scotchgard protection to our carpets. He was super friendly and professional. Pricing was reasonable (actually less than I've been charged by other providers in the past). I'll definitely call on them again.
