Bringing my rugs to D.A. Burns was the worst customer experience of my life. Originally, I messaged via Yelp for a quote. I made it clear that two of my rugs are from Lebanon. No prob, says DA Burns, they'll clean them. I bring them in. Jim H. does my rug intake. He gets in a nice bit of mansplaining to me about how my rug is curled and I should take better care of it.
