The young lady at the desk is a lovely person ! She calmed me down from my panic with my car and ensured me that I was in good hands, she spoke to me while I waited instead of ignoring my presence like most places!!! The mechanics were very nice and honest showing me exactly where my problem was in my car and asked me if I was comfortable with them working on that part and letting me know the price range for that job they don’t do anything to your car without your consent! On October 6, 2025 I had them look at my 2014 Jeep Wrangler for a replacement of the catalytic converter. My husband by himself dropped off the car at around 9:00 am and we didn’t pick it up until around 6:00 pm. They broke the bolts going to the manifold and tried to drill them out unsuccessfully. They then told me I need to get the car towed because they couldn’t get them out. I went to get the key and the owner was there and refused to give me the keys and the police had to be called.
