Hit a deer and took car here. D1 said they wanted $8000 for repairs. Absolutely outrageous.
Worse company service. they canceled the service my insurance company placed, never communicate it to the insurance company when I called them I found out. if you’re looking for an incompetent service this is the one
We fulltime RV and summer in Medaryville. We had some unusual ware on our rear tiresome our 39ft Winnebago pull behind. They packed the bearings and installed new Goodyears on it for a reasonable price. Dave was the tech. D-1 employees are nice and on the ball. We're now all ready for our trip to Lake Havasu City AZ next month. Thanks D-1. We will be back.
I was stranded on my way home and decided to give this place a call at 130 in the morning as other tow companies in the area were not open or answering. Brandi spoke very kind to me when I requested a quote and answered my call at that late of a time. They were quick! I also had a comfortable ride to my destination with my vehicle in tow with the tow truck driver, Mr. Austin, whom was ever so kind as well and made my 2 hour trip go by so fast.
