If you want your loved ones fingerprint to make a keepsake etc. make sure Czopek takes the "thumbprint" as all other funeral directors do and all memorial/keepsake stores request. The "thumbprint" - or else Czopek will give you one "middle-finger" print and tell you that is the best and only print they could get and of course, they know there's really no way to prove they are lying, especially after the person is dead and buried.
