Linda and her staff were incredibly helpful and kind while managing estate planning for my parents and then for my brother - I highly recommend the firm. My experience was the antithesis of how one typically imagines working with a law firm can be, it was a stress free and collegial experience.
Attorney Arnold and her associates made the process of updating our wills, health care proxies, power of attorneys etc as smooth as possible. Attorney Arnold had us complete some preliminary forms to provide background info, met with us to discuss our situation and wishes, addressed our concerns, explained all the options, and answered all out questions. And all for a reasonable fee too. If things change, or if we need assistance in the future, we will be seeking out Attorney Arnold's advice and counsel.
Attorney Lynda Arnold and her team of associates were extremely professional and comprehensive in guiding us through the process. Health Care Directive/Living Will, Power of Attorney, and Last Will and Testaments were drafted and executed for both of us with clarity and understanding. We were pleased that there was no hesitance on their part about taking us on as gay clients. Thanks.
