CZ fitness is a really awesome place to train in West Ryde. Christian the PT is personable, has a sense of humour and takes the time to ensure you use the correct form. He adjusts exercises for individuals when needed and rotates through different exercises in the group classes so you don’t get bored and ensure different muscle groups are targeted. Great gym with a super supportive community because he has a session to understand you before you can start. But be careful, once you start with two classes you may end up doing more like me because of how much more energy you get back from him and the others in the class.
This is a great place to kick-start AND maintain your fitness. Excellent trainer in small group classes with the PT feel. Every individual is catered for. You can train hard or pace yourself but you will walk out feeling better every week. Took me years to find the perfect gym and CZ Fitness is a gym for everyone's needs.
Great weight classes in a small clean gym. Lots of variation from class to class to target different muscle groups. Fantastic communication and flexibility. I like the attention to detail in technique during the class to make sure you get maximum benefit. Very competitive and highly recommend.
Been here for a bit more than a month, Christian has a great program for a group. I am loving it and look forward to working towards results.
