Christian is an approachable, supportive trainer. The gym is clean with good aircon. The other clients are friendly and at different stages of their fitness journey. There's also no burpees or other kinds of jumping in the session. At such a reasonable price, what more do you want?!
I was very out of routine, overweight, and had not trained in gym for 4 years. I had lost all form, strength and motivation. Personal training had not been an option due to the cost normally involved. CZ fitness has given me a chance to get back into training in an environment I feel comfortable in and also pushed me when I would have given up on my own. First timer learning to use machines and do weights to build strength. Christian is personable, knowledgeable and strikes the right balance of stretching your limits. I like how he takes all the classes himself and classes are generally small less than 10 people.
I’ve been training in Christian’s small group classes for about six months now and absolutely love it. Every class is different and Christian keeps it interesting by changing up the exercises constantly. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a non-intimidating environment. Would highly recommend to anyone considering joining.
Great local gym.. clean, welcoming, and well set up. Christian the owner/trainer, was super friendly and professional. I did a circuit-style class and he guided me through every station. You can really see his passion for what he does. I’ve now signed up and will be back. Prices are very reasonable too
