I am a foster for Memphis Animal Services. I fostered two dogs between April and May of 2026. They both soiled my carpet and I asked Mr. Latifi to clean my rug, as he had cleaned it in the past and done a very good job. My service this time was not as good as it had been previously. After keeping my rug for a week, Mr. Latifi invited me to come and inspect it at his store. I went there to check, and my rug was in the back of the store in a dimly lit room. I’m very impressed with Cyrus and his guidance with purchase of two rugs and his assistance to get an antique Kilim repaired. The selection in his store is wide and his prices are reasonable. It’s always a pleasure to visit and receive help with choice and then proper care of these beautiful carpets.
