This restaurant is a must-visit that you definitely shouldn't miss. The staff and managers are so friendly and respectful. The food here is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the Koobideh kabob and Ghormeh Sabzi. The atmosphere is amazing, calm, and has an authentic Persian vibe. This is the best Persian restaurant I’ve ever tried in the USA. My friends usually come to Lubbock whenever they miss good Persian food
I am visiting from out of Lubbock and have been to Cyrus twice now. The first time was during lunch; the food was good, but the service was not great, as the girl had an interesting attitude. The second time, I entered the restaurant around 8:30 and it seemed they close around 9:00; the girl at the front had an attitude and said I could only get takeout. Extremely underwhelming. Bunch of rice that tasted dirty, not much meat at all in a $30 meat dish. Very sad looking baklava Falafel wasn't bad.
Delicious food, very good portions. I personally love their beef and saffron rice which is to die for and their grilled tomatoes. Kind people. We love eating there!
