broke my bracelet, and honestly, with its snake chain design, I had no hope it could be fixed. I left it at Cyrus Jewelers, where they told me the solder might be visible. But when I picked it up, I was truly stunned — the repair was so seamless, it looked brand new again. I genuinely didn’t expect such flawless work. Told me my scrap silver was plated even though it was marked Sterling! Took it down the road to another jewler and was tested a paid me straight away. Poor experience and made me look foolish in front of the other customer's. Stay clear.
