Very poor insurance professionals. I have a policy that was cancelled in more than enough time. I was still charged for my premium because Brett Shepard did not get in canceled. Now he wants to pass the problem off to me and I'm having to call the insurance provider the policy is through. It has been months and still getting the rum around. I would highly recommend staying away from these guys as they are great when they are taking your money... but when there is a problem or they owe you money then somehow nobody can get it... read more
