I would give this company more stars if I could. The entire crew at Cyrus were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Moji is a very kind owner, and he knows his stuff about furnaces. He walked me through all my choices for a new furnace (advantages and disadvantages) and all the ways I could finance it, and I got the furnace I wanted for a very reasonable price. Great experience with Cyrus. Had Cam, Gurwinder, and and another gentleman work on our store for a week. Huge job. They were so professional, courteous, and super accommodating to our environment and needs. The finished product is fantastic. HRV system works great. Cannot recommend enough.
We called Cyrus to fix a small problem with an install. Within a couple of days they sent someone to fix it. Not did Artem fix the issue, he was very knowledgeable with how the unit works and took the time to explain features that we were not aware of. Artem was quick, efficient, and extremely helpful!
I called Cyrus to fix a problem originally diagnosed by someone else because they were very reasonably priced. Artem came the same day and let me know the originally diagnosed issue was incorrect and fixed it for a few hundred dollars less than originally quoted. Artem communicated through the entire process and was great!
From start to finish they were in touch get some updates, job was finished in time we agreed, installer are good so far all good, recommend it my friends and people I know
