Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Before the sale, the sales representative would reply to emails as late as 11 PM(there was only one). However, after the purchase, it’s been well over a week and I haven’t heard anything from them.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Cyrus Heating and Cooling - for the outstanding work they did installing our heat pump. The installation took three days due to the complexity of running the wiring to the electrical panel. The technicians had to work through an extremely tight ceiling space, which made the job very challenging. Surinder and Gurwinder did great Air conditioner installation and it was very neat and clean job and I will recommend this company to everyone.
