Great company, and easy to work with, details estimates and take out, so we know the actual cost for each item; I would recommend them to friends and families.
I had a kitchen remodel, the footprint was not changed, but there were additional issues that had to be addressed and Cyrus Construction made it all so easy to get my ideal kitchen. I had two corner cabinets that were unusable as they were and Farzan listened and addressed my concern. If I asked for additional items (cabinet drawers) he found a way to provide them. He was always keeping me updated on the project. The guys that came to do the work were very polite, and very careful of my home.
I do not usually write reviews, but this time I decided to write from my own experience. I had just moved into our house and the kitchen and rooms needed remodeling. Russell was very prompt to reply to my inquiry and we quickly got moving on a proposal and planning of a base reconfiguration, master bath, and pantry remodel. We hired Cyrus Construction to update an early 1960s home. Work included complete gutting & modernizing 3 bathrooms, kitchen; rebuilding recreation room from foundation walls, adding flooring to basement, updating electrical panel & distribution, & lighting. Bathroom project included painting & modernizing all bathrooms, swapping placement of sink & toilet drains in 2 of the 3, adding shower to 1 & tiling floors.
